Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed after the daily order cut-off time of 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Mglgw currently ships to most countries and regions, including:

  • Most European countries

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates include both order processing and carrier transit time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order value.

From time to time, Mglgw may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–72 hours after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Although we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe of 7–12 business days, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier or your local delivery office before contacting us.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

If this occurs, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.

Since orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
